L-Vision is the learning administration and CRM component of the L-Vision family. 

 L-Vision is used to manage e-Learning and Classroom education programs and to track and correspond with students and prospective students.

Databases and Modules

L-Vision and L-Vision Web are available supporting a MS Access, SQL Server, or Oracle, database

The External Data module supports full integration of third-party CRM and Accounting software.



CRM and Accounting

Live integration with CRM, Accounting, and HR systems is available using the External Data module.

CRM integration is available for Outlook, Goldmine, Maximizer, Act!, and other systems.

Accounting integration is available for Quickbooks, Peachtree, Sage, Great Plains, and other systems.

Each L-Vision system includes remote configuration, training, and technical support  On-site services are available.

Data from spreadsheets, databases, or legacy systems can be imported using the External Data Module or Parabola can provide assistance importing existing data.



Customization

L-Vision administrators can customize or add new reports and letters using Business Objects Crystal Reports.

Email messages to students or contacts can be customized or new messages can be created.

Parabola can quickly build custom reports to your specification or provide other customization services.

The L-Vision Web system includes full source code customizable by you or by Parabola Corporation.



 

 

 
 

Key features of L-Vision include the ability to:

  • Manage, deliver, and track usage of e-Learning courses and events.
  • Support any type of learning event including Classes, e-Learning, Seminars, Blended Learning, and Workshops.
  • Manage detailed information about client Organizations, Contacts and vendors and maintain organzation credit accounts and other information.
  • Maintain comprehensive information about students and prospective students. 
  • Register students for events, apply group discounts, and record credit card and other types of payments.  You can also apply single organization payments to multiple student accounts.
  • Communicate with students and prospective students.  Send emails, attachments, schedules, bill by email, send class completion letters, refund notices, and more.
  • Track products and services such as Vouchers, Products, or Support Plans sold to organizations and used by students.
  • Maintain waiting lists , cancel classes, issue refunds, and transfer or reschedule students.
  • Manage book and Material Inventory and Disburse Materials.
  • Manage program and class schedules and automatically maintain the number of available seats in classes.  Graphically schedule classes and print a Class Calendar .
  • Maintain student intstallment plans.
  • Reschedule or transfer students and issue credits or refunds.
  • Create and maintain organization Invoices and Purchase Orders (using the Billing Module add-on product).
  • Track class and instructor expenses.
  • Maintain student e-mail distribution lists.
  • Create new mail-merge letters and, using Crystal Reports, create custom reports or revise existing reports. 
  • Manage appointments and appointment schedules.
  • Create sales call information and communicate with other users.
  • Maintain student credits, grades, and class attendance
  • Print student badges and certificates of class completion.
  • Customize and set security restrictions throughout the system.
  • Generate reportsdetailing revenue, class schedules, location bookings, expenses, catalog of classes, class waiting lists, student grades and attendance, and much more.  Over 100 reports are provided.  Reports can be exported to HTML, Excel, and other formats.  New reports can be added or customized using Seagate Crystal Reports.
  • Provide universal access to class, location, and instructor information and support of class registration over the Internet (available using L-Vision Web).
